Teaching conditions in schools are important for many reasons. Whether it’s their relationship to student learning or their strong influence on teacher retention, research continues to affirm that these data matter. The vendor of the 2019 survey is the Center for Optimal Learning Environments (COLE). COLE is a national organization whose mission is to connect research-based strategies and best practices with key decision makers to transform school learning environments..
